New Recipe Contest: Roasted Garlic

Of all the transformations that happen in the kitchen, that of raw to roasted garlic is one of the most divine. The oven wills the sharp bite and loud bark (in the form of weaponized breath) of raw cloves into submission, and leaves us with a hive of sticky-soft nubs ripe for myriad savory applications. Comfort us with traditional recipes or challenge us to explore new techniques -- for this contest, we're looking for Your Best Recipe with Roasted Garlic.

Note: Be sure to tell us how to roast the cloves or bulb. The garlic should be soft if not squishy. What you create with those golden nuggets is entirely up to you.
