NOTE: I DON'T HAVE MEASUREMENTS. I learned to cook the way my Grandmommy and Mother cooked - they never measured anything! Neither do I.
I actually found this recipe right on the salad bar @ Whole Foods. I liked it so much I decided to make it at home. I added some of my own ingredients like cumin and cranberries. You can eat this by itself, or add it to a Potato soup or spinach salad! ENJOY!
