This is a fresh and colorful salad, ideal at home or to take at any picnic this summer.
Serves 4
- 2 cans of green beans
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful black olives
- 1/4 red onion
- parsley
- raspberry vinegar
- olive oil
- salt & pepper

Drain and rinse the green beans. Transfer to a large salad plate / bowl.

Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut then in half and add them to the green beans.

cut the black olives and add then to the green beans/tomatoes.

slice the red onion as you prefer ; small or large slices... it's up to you! Add to the green beans/ tomatoes/ olives.

Chop the parsley and add to the green beans/ tomatoes/ olives / onions.

make the dressing: mix in a bowl the raspberry vinegar and olive oil according to your preference (some prefer and oily dressing, others prefer a more vinegar-y flavour). Add salt and pepper. Transfer to the salad , toss delicately to coat everything. Chill and enjoy!
