If you have ever wanted to try a smoothie, this is the one to start with. Delicious! I even have someone I work with who asks me to bring one in from time to time. :D

[You will need a blender.]

Serves 2

  1. Place the following in the blender in order: 1/2 bag of Whole Foods frozen organic mangos 2 lg handfuls of organic baby leaf spinach 1/2 frozen banana 2 c filtered H2O Agave, organic -- a couple circular squirts, or to taste
  2. Set blender to Blend until smooth, adding more H2O if too thick.
