It was cricket season and my husband was at home watching his favorite game, and I am not a sports person at all, so out of that not so interested in cricket game this pizza was prepared. So, I wanted to occupy myself and make my partner a quick and nice game watching stuff. So, I looked into refrigerator and I had all these ingredients and then the final product , the pizza. It is very simple but really delicious. Later on , we went to have pizza in Olio pizza e piu place in NY and ordered a pizza with similar flavors. So, both ways it tasted best. Either on pizza dough or puff pastry sheet.
