Best grilled turkey burger EVER! If the turkey mix gets too sticky, put it in the fridge for a few minutes, but let the burgers rest on the countertop for at least 15 minutes before grilling.
Serves Makes 4 burgers
- 1 pound Ground lean turkey
- 1 packet Crumbled Tomato & Basil Feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons finely diced red bell pepper

Combine all ingredients and form 4 burgers. Push a small divot into the middle of the burgers.

Grill the burgers over medium-high heat. Four minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve on a toasted whole wheat bun with sliced pickle, lettuce and fresh slab of tomato. Stop drooling and take a bite.
