All it takes is two ingredients and a little time to make your own fresh-tasting raspberry-infused vodka.

Makes 1 1/2 cups

• 1 pint fresh raspberries
• 1 1/2 cup vodka

1. Place raspberries and vodka into a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Keep refrigerated for 5 to 7 days.
2. Strain through a fine sieve, and store in a bottle or a jar in your refrigerator for 3 to 4 weeks.
