I invented it

Serves 6

  • 6 lbs leg of lamb

take a 6 lb. leg of lamb and rub it with 6 chopped cloves of garlic, then chop four ounces of fresh mint and place on top of the lamb, then place in a 450 degree oven for one hour fourty five minutes
