Watermelon Jalapeño Margaritas

We combined summer watermelon with freshly juiced jalapeños to create a margarita with a kick.

Serves 2

  • 4 ounces watermelon juice
  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeño juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  1. Combine all ingredients but jalapeño juice.
  2. Add jalapeño juice - bit by bit - until the drink reaches a spiciness level you enjoy.
  3. Pour into salt-rimmed and ice-filled glasses. Enjoy!
