10 months agoI am obsessed with limes, mint and sweet treats....so I thought what better that to put them together:)
Serves 6-8
- 1 handful Fresh mint chopped finely
- 1 cup Fresh lime juice
- 14 ounces Can Fat Free or Low fat sweetened condensed milk
- 32 ounces low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- Zest of 1 or 2 limes(I love zest so 2 if your like me)
Mix all ingredients together and freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions or you can simply put in an airtight container and freeze until solid. Optional...Serve topped with graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream. :-)
