Farmhouse Gremolata Vinaigrette

This recipe is inspired by picking fresh herbs from the garden to table. You can substitute any you like and tastes simply amazing over heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese.

Serves 6-8

  • 1 bunch Fresh Chopped Basil, Thyme, Parsley and Chives
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Reduction
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 splash Honey
  • 1 splash Whole Grain Mustard
  • 4 Hierloom Tomatoes in a Variety of Colors
  • 1/2 cup Burrata Cheese
  • 2 pinches Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 Crushed and Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves

Slice and plate the tomatoes on a large platter and top with cheese then sprinkle with 1/2 the salt and pepper. In a bowl whisk the remaining ingredients and spoon over the tomatoes just before serving.
